Logitech Computer Speakers

When I first saw a picture of the X-140, I thought it was trying to look a lot bigger than it is. This little desktop computer speaker is styled to look like something you’d buy for your home stereo system. It wasn’t until I took a good look that I realized that these are desktop computer speakers, not floor standing speakers for a stereo system.

Altec Lansing 2.1 Computer Speakers

When you first plug such sleak looking speakers, you'd expect the skies to part for a choir of angels travelling down from Heaven on giant eagles shooting lazer beams from their eyes. Instead, you get noise coming out of cool looking tin can.

The Altec Lansing Octane 7 2.1-CH PC Multimedia speaker system is an all around mediocre product. Worth the price? Definitely. When it comes to mid priced items, this puppy delivers.

Our gophers blasted tunes ranging from Lady Gaga to Jethro Tull for hours on end and every one of them came to the same conclusion : Where's the Bass?
